Online returns: Rendez Vous Déco’s initiatives to recreate value

Repacking workshops, sending spare parts to customers... To get more value out of returned products, the furniture pure-player is stepping up initiatives. A 2 month-trial increased returned packages sold at full price from 20% to 50%.

As with all home furnishings retailers, returns are a major issue for Rendez Vous Deco company, because products are bulky and therefore expensive to transport.
