In 2023, it achieved sales of €668 million, with annual growth of 5% to 6%, while obtaining the B Corp label. “We realised that we were doing a lot of things very well, but that we had room for improvement in terms of diversity and inclusion and our environmental impact [particularly in terms of sourcing, ed.],” explains Laurence Chrétien, the group’s HR director.
