Using generative artificial intelligence, the group's staff will be offered training based on the skills that match their career plan. The aim is twofold for Crédit Agricole: to succeed in making employees players in their own careers and to pre-empt changes in skill needs, particularly in the face of digital transformation. In April, the banking group announced a partnership that will give employees access to a closed platform with a dual function: internal mobility and access to a multitude of training courses available in all languages. It was this combination that convinced the company after a year of discussions between the two entities. “Our aim was to ensure that 100% of our international staff were able to upgrade their skills. And 80% of our team members were on Linkedin, which really enabled us to operate as an intelligent network with optimum use of data,” explains Bénédicte Chrétien, HR director for the 75,000-strong group, who spoke to mind RH.
