[mind RH study] EU: minimum wage increases outstrip inflation in most countries

On 1 January, the average annual increase in the minimum wage level in the 22 European Union member states with legal minimum wages was almost 11%. Although inflation slowed in all these countries in 2023, the minimum wage continued to rise, in some cases far outstripping increases in the cost of living.
