Ireland: establishment of the universal right to request remote work and the right to paid leave for victims of domestic violence

On 30 March the Irish Parliament passed the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill and the President will sign it into law. The text includes several provisions for parents and caregivers as well as measures to support employees who are victims of domestic violence. It also establishes a right to request remote work.
