Poland: a bill to revitalize collective bargaining

A bill on collective agreements has been tabled in Poland’s Parliament by the new pro-European centrist government led by Donald Tusk since the beginning of December 2023. The bill implements the European directive on adequate minimum wages, which requires 80% of employees to be covered by collective bargaining.
