Applicable as of 1 June, this agreement now allows all employees to work remotely. It also establishes an upper limit of three days of working remotely per week, but introduces numerous exceptions that allow up to five days of home office per week. Through . Remote work is increased from two to three days per week on average, but exceptions allow up to five days. Special clearance is granted to certain workers. Occasional remote work is no longer capped.
