Axa launches global social protection base, extending its employee health policy

On 3 October 2023, French insurance group Axa announced the launch of the "We Care" programme. The company promises that, by the end of 2024, all 110,000 Axa employees will have access to support and assistance if dealing with domestic violence, childbirth, caregiving and gender-related health problems.
