In the wake of the pandemic, Imperial London Hotels, like many other companies in the hotel sector, is facing a labour shortage. Its solution has been to rethink its recruitment process in order to attract more candidates aged over 50 to meet the expectations of a multigenerational clientele.

From 1,200 employees in 2019 to 10 times fewer only two years later: like many companies in the hotel and restaurant sector, Imperial London Hotels lost almost all its staff during the pandemic, due to lockdowns and restrictions.
