The programme announced on 11 September, will include base-level measures on parental leave, health and death cover and the opportunity to spend time on charitable or environmental work. Should a position be adopted, negotiations between co-legislators to reach a compromise will be based on texts that differ significantly. According to a preparatory text seen by mind RH, a majority of member states are proposing a non-mandatory presumption of employment.
