Nicolas takes stock of 4 months of last mile deliveries with Woop

Although in 2024 e-commerce accounted for barely 2% of Nicolas's business, the wine retailer part of Castel group is taking stock of a new Delivery Management System after 4 months. The aim is to improve NPS and create more omnichannel synergies in a wine market in crisis.
