Decathlon relies on Heyteam on-boarding to optimise integration of dual work-study

From 2021, the sporting goods retailer Decathlon partnered with a Heyteam staff induction platform to seamlessly integrate new work-study students. These have more than doubled in three years. Following the new 2022 group of 1,380 work-study students, Decathlon (2022 revenue of €15.4 billion up by 12%, net margin at 6% of sales) is aiming to recruit another 1,500 students in France in 2023. The numbers have been rapidly rising from only 600 students pre-Covid-19.
