Which European retail start-up and scale-up raised funds in 2024?

Our partner INVYO identified the retail and retail tech companies in the U.K., France, Spain and Italy which raised funds in the first 9 months of 2024. The analysis, which runs from the beginning of January to the end of September, covers companies with fewer than 1,000 staff.

This shows a panel of 73 companies that raised funds over this 9-month period. The majority (56%) are retail tech players (41 companies) and 44% are retailers (32 companies). Most of these (38 companies) are British, 17 are French, 9 are Italian and as many are Spanish.
