Yoobic acquires Simplifield as part of legal proceedings

Yoobic, a provider of retail solutions for store employees, announced the acquisition of Simplifield. According to Fabrice Haiat, C.E.O. of Yoobic, the acquisition is part of a strategy of ‘organic and external growth’.
