France: social partners reach agreement on the employment of older workers

The social partners have reached a national cross-industry agreement (ANI) to promote the employment of 'experienced' employees. The text, which was endorsed by the employers' negotiators (Medef and U2P) and those of the CFDT, CFTC and CFE-CGC on the trade union side, should be transposed into law by the government by the end of the year.
