Italy: new Italcementi/Heidelberg Materials agreement focuses on parenthood and environment

The agreement signed on 25 September by Italcementi, the Italian cement manufacturer employing 1,700 people in the country, owned by Germany's HeidelbergCement, and the Fillea-Cgil, Filca-Cisl and Feneal-Uil trade unions improves work-life balance, sharpens the focus on environmental issues and bolsters social relations at both group and plant level. Valid until the end of 2025, it covers employees at the group's 14 industrial sites across Italy.
