Solutys expands RFID scope and takes over Rayonnance and Nedap France

A week after the Buylo start-up's funding round, the RFID market has seen a second announcement. In a move towards consolidation, Solutys Group, a traceability solutions integrator, announced a double coup by acquiring two RFID solutions integrators. On September 2, 2025, in a move towards vertical integration, the Solutys Group (2024 turnover: €47.2 million, clients include GXO, Kuehne+Nagel) announced a double coup in the RFID market by taking over two RFID integrators called Nedap France and Rayonnance. In retail, a radio frequency identification technology enables remote, contactless data transmission between a tag equipped with a chip and an RFID reader, using radio waves.
