What do you take away from the 2024 assessment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?

This is the first time that the European Global Compact networks have published a joint report. This provides a continental overview that coincides with the entry into force of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and the vote on the Due Diligence Directive. We received 1,500 responses, 50% of which were from members, which gives an interesting insight into the ownership of the SDGs. The barometer shows that 69% of professionals have in-depth knowledge of the subject. Large groups and intermediate-sized companies have a more detailed knowledge, but SMEs are not lagging behind.
