This is the first decision by the specialised chamber for sustainability disputes, which clarifies the interpretation of the law's application, particularly in consultation with trade unions. This followed proceedings brought by the Sud-PTT trade union federation, which accused the group of failing to exercise its due diligence requirements to protect subcontractors sufficiently in terms of health and safety.
