Amendments introduced during the parliamentary debate include in particular the refinancing of a number of measures designed to facilitate generational renewal and the requalification of employees, as well as a further extension of the right to smart working for certain categories of workers. The Labour Law also relaxes standards on the renewal of fixed-term contracts, bolsters workers' purchasing power, and simplifies procedures on transparent working conditions. By Hélène Martinelli.
