France: Adecco launches AI-based tool to prevent workplace accidents among temporary workers

To optimise workplace accident prevention, the Adecco Group has developed a predictive tool based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This management support, currently deployed in all its temporary employment agencies, assesses the "determinants likely to lead to a workplace accident" and enables them to carry out targeted preventative measures.

After a trial period in 2021, in some 15 regional branches, the new predictive tool developed by Adecco France to prevent workplace accidents among its temporary employees is now operational in all its 900 branches. The algorithm, designed by Adecco data scientists, uses around 200 elements of the company’s own data (accident records, candidate database and client companies) and is intended for internal use only.…
