Concurrently, the employment company signed the charter initiated by the L'Oréal group and the think tank Club Landoy to promote the role of people over 50 in the company. Older workers represent an asset in our temporary work and recruitment businesses. It takes between two and three years to become really operational and ten years to become an expert. Age is not a guarantee, but time is needed for improvement. Our objective is to have the healthiest possible age pyramid. We try to recruit a large number of quite young people, with their first or second work experience, and to whom we offer career development within the company.
