Published on 08 March 2023 à 16h09 - Update on 09 March 2023 à 12h00 Resources In 2018, the PwC France and Maghreb division (6,250 employees) had only around 24% female representation among its more than 200 partners . “At that time, we observed a loss of female talent as we moved up the seniority ranks, in so far as 48% of our workforce comprises females,” shared Sophie Bayle, Senior Manager and coordinator of the Diversity & Inclusion program.
