Day two of the 14th Congress of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) taking place place from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 May 2019 at Wien Messe in Vienna, Austria, has seen the 600 delegates attending from across Europe debate the topic of collective bargaining as part of the confederation’s next four-year work program.
