Among the main measures are a guarantee that an employee will be able to return to their job after parental leave, an extension of the probationary period and an accelerated procedure for terminating employment contracts. The text must now be examined by the Senate for entry into force on 1 April 2025. By Nathalie Tran. According to the government, this reform should make companies more competitive, while protecting employees’ rights.
