Poland: bill tabled to combat bullying more effectively

On 23 January, Polish labour minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk presented to parliament a bill amending the regulations on psychological harassment. It provides a more precise definition of bullying and its legal consequences. The text has been submitted for public consultation. It will be debated in parliament in the third quarter of 2025.
