Emerson: agreement establishing European Works Council

The agreement signed on June 18 between the management of the American engineering services group and the SNB is subject to British law. It supervises the information/consultation procedure, providing for a timescale, with a logic of effectiveness.

According to the newsletter by the Brussels European Employee Relations Group (BEERG), this is among the first new EWC agreements to be negotiated in Anglo-Saxon companies that did not previously have an EWC.
