Drawing on IT advances, teleworking can now be done from any location with Internet access, such as coworking spaces and cafés. Submitted to parliamentary vote on 04 July 2024, the new law, ‘Telearbeitsgesetz’ will come into force on 01 January 2025. By Thomas Schnee.
