The agreement extends a protocol signed in 2021 and incorporates mental health into the text that serves as a framework for the group's national subsidiaries in Europe. Following the protocol signed in 2021 with the European Works Council, the establishment of a works council for the European Company (SE) in 2022 and the charter of principles for social dialogue in 2023, the retirement home group has signed its first European agreement.
