The first intake of employees retrained internally in these two fields have already graduated, and the school is also recruiting work-study students. The aim is to support the group's digital transformation, thanks to learners who are trained and in tune with its corporate culture. By Antoine Piel. Published on 22 November 2023 à 16h40 - Update on 23 July 2024 à 16h15 Resources One year after its creation, the data and AI school at French postal service group La Poste has awarded 17 diplomas to employees who have taken part in its “pioneering courses”, which enable them to retrain after taking up their new post. Over a period of six months, they were able to learn about data analysis and data visualisation, and took up expert positions in the finance, information and human resources departments, where most of them were already working.
