France: La Poste becomes first company to be convicted of breaching due diligence requirements

On 5 December, the Paris Court of First Instance found the French company guilty of failing to comply with its due diligence requirements. La Poste was sued by the Sud-PTT trade union federation for failing to ensure the safety of workers in its subcontracting chain and was found guilty of failing to draw up a sufficiently detailed risk map.
