They take up the proposals resulting from an innovative process that brought together randomly selected employees and experts. Covering numerous themes of ethics, governance and training, they have been adopted almost in their entirety by the company. Two years later, on 3 February 2025, the insurance group nevertheless published a document – entitled ‘general management’s response to employees’ proposals’ – which marked a turning point for the company with a series of actions planned over two years. They will cover working methods, social dialogue, communication and customer relations. “From the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, we started to look at what this technology could do in terms of uses and professions, i.e. the nature of the functions that could be affected by this particular application. We carried out this process quite systematically within the company,” explains Nicolas Siegler, deputy managing director in charge of information systems.
