EU: employment committee MEPs call for directive on algorithmic management

The European Parliament Committee on Employment and Social Affairs has called on the European Commission to regulate algorithmic management, given the risks it poses to workers' mental and physical health. The legislative proposal calls for mandatory information for workers, human oversight and health risk assessments when employers use these technological systems.
