On February 12th, a 3rd Amazon Fresh store opened in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Covering approximately 3,500 square meters, this offers an omnichannel shopping experience with additional benefits for Amazon Prime members. Customers can access their Alexa shopping list via the Amazon application, or use the Amazon Dash shopping cart to quickly move around the shop. The store offers a delivery and pick-up service for Web orders, as well as free 24-hour delivery for Prime members.
