The Bogart Group, a manufacturer and distributor of luxury cosmetics, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Distriplus, the second largest perfume and cosmetics retailer in Belgium. Distriplus has 200 stores under the name of Planet Parfum and Di in Belgium and Luxembourg and has a turnover of € 192 million (at the end of December 2017). With this merger, which remains subject to conditions, the French group Bogart would see its network grow to 357 units (France, Israel, Germany
