DIY. Lowe’s invests in staff.

For the 7th consecutive year, the American home improvement retailer Lowe’s is granting a bonus to all employees. These include teams working in stores, at distribution centres and at call centres. This represents a total reward of US$80 million. Full-time staff will receive US$300 and part-time or seasonal employees will receive US$150. Last year, the retailer hired 90,000 full time staff.
