SMCP, parent of contemporary French labels Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot and its new men’s business De Fursac (acquired in September 2019) and controlled by Chinese textile conglomerate Ruyi Group, has revealed a turnover of €1.13 billion for 2019, a rise of 8.7% at constant exchange rates. The group headed by Daniel Lalonde is experiencing a strong growth in Asia-Pacific (a rise of 30% sales growth).
The group is opening more stores in the U.S.A. and reducing the French network. In
