As part of its strategy to meet its customer at their point of convenience, wherever and whenever possible, Swedish home furniture retailer Ikea has launched an online retail business in Pune. It is its second market in India (after Mumbai) to have online presence first without a physical store. Merchandise will be delivered to customers from Ikea’s largest warehouse, located in Chakan near Pune.
