After Bon Preu, Kroger, Monoprix and Sobey’s, the Australian grocer Coles signed an agreement with the British grocery pure-player Ocado. It aims to double its delivery capacity of online orders, via two ultra-automated warehouses in Sydney and in Melbourne. Coles targets a profit margin of between zero and 4% when fully operational.
