The Canadian sportswear retailer Lululemon (US$3.3 billion in 2018 revenue, + 24%) bets on the experiential with many sports sessions in store. The retailer demonstrates this once again with its 1.830 sq. m “experiential store” opened in November 2019 at the Mall of America (Minnesota) including a fitness studio, a meditation area and changing rooms.
