Havas Commerce: 28% of retailers want to increase investment in AI

According to Havas Commerce, while only 46% of retailers are using artificial intelligence, 28% plan to make this an investment priority by 2025. After starting with uses in marketing like chatbots, content, recommendations, pricing, CRM and logistics, the study indicates the next frontiers for this technology.
