Accor makes climate training an integral component of employee compensation
In 2022 French multinational hospitality group Accor launched a training session geared to its head office staff that focused on climate issues. Course completion was included as a necessary condition for triggering staff bonus payments. The course achieved almost 100% attendance and completion. Buoyed by this outcome Accor is looking to both expand the training to include more employees and tailor the course to the group’s various business lines.
