The German insurance group Allianz, which announced its transformation into a European company, concluded an agreement on the involvement of workers in the European company (see article n°06938). Six salaried managers will be represented at the supervisory board which contains 12 members in total. Here are the details of the agreement. (Ref. 061073)

As allowed by the regulation on the European company, Allianz chose to have a dualistic system, composed of a board of directors and a board of trustees. Part of the agreement on workers’ involvement therefore sets the rules regarding codetermination within the board of trustees.
