The German insurance group Allianz, which announced its transformation into a European company, concluded an agreement on the involvement of workers in the European company (see article n°06938). As allowed by the regulation on the European company, Allianz chose to have a dualistic system, composed of a board of directors and a board of trustees. Part of the agreement on workers’ involvement therefore sets the rules regarding codetermination within the board of trustees.
