cial negotiating body (SNB) – composed of three representatives from the steel group’s management and of three representatives from the European Metalworkers’ Federation (EMF) – reached a draft agreement entitled “Master and anticipate change at ArcelorMittal.” The text, which will be completed during a union coordination meeting next week, includes the group’s commitments to increase social dialogue in times of a crisis and to maintain employment and the future of the group.
