EU, which stems from a joint
initiative of the EWC and the group management, and is aimed at consolidating social
dialogue at all levels of the company through the implementation of the
transnational framework agreement on equal opportunities. Not only a
rich learning process for its participants, the project also offered the
occasion to confirm that the development of social dialogue at all levels is
a means for guaranteeing the application of a transnational agreement. (Ref. 090477)
