Argentina’s libertarian president, Javier Milei, unveiled his labour reform plans on 10 October during a visit to a metal processing plant in San Nicolás, around 230 kilometres from Buenos Aires. Describing it as a “general reform”, Milei said the initiative aims to “bring predictability to businesses and encourage formal employment”.
