The German publishing group Bauer Verlagsgruppe signed, on December 14, 2006, with a special negotiations group including eight members from six different nationalities, an agreement on the establishment of a European WC. The agreement covers the nine countries from the European Union in which this 6,500 people group is set. (Ref. 070311)
Bauer Verlagsgruppe, which publishes 166 magazines and newspapers in 14 countries (1.76 billion euros in sales in 2005, 6,500 employees of which almost 4,000 in Germany), established a EWC last December 14.
