Employment problems for “old” workers. The “Libre Belgique” commented this week on a survey by Vedior Intérim of personnel managers of 700 Belgian companies. The results are quite worrying : companies are hardly enthusiast by the idea of recruiting employees aged 50 or over. The personnel managers that were surveyed put forward their slow adaptation (50%), their lack of flexibility (37,5%) and the fact that they are less operational (27%).
