Created by the law of 20 October 2023, the Federal Learning Account (FLA) platform has been online since 1 April. This new digital application is designed to make it easier for employees to exercise their right to vocational training and manage the administration thereof. Employers have until 1 December 2024 to register training courses their employees have already taken since 1 January 2024. They must also inform employees and future recruits of the existence of their individual training accou
