d the Act transposing European Directive 2008/104 on temporary work. Since the Senate has not used its power of retrieval, the text was permanently adopted. This law brings Belgian law in line with Community law as regards the information of temporary workers about vacancies, access to the infrastructure of the user company and compliance with provisions governing discrimination and the protection of motherhood. (Ref. 120381)
